We would like to cordially invite you to a press conference that will be held on Wednesday, 3 November 2021 at 10.00 a.m. on the premises of the Mladějovice Mansion at the above address; the site is under renovation as part of the “Reconstruction of the Mladějovice Fortress” project, with the support from the EEA Funds (2014-2021), Ministry of Culture, South Bohemia Region and our civic association. The site will be converted to a cultural centre and museum.
On the spot, we will inform you briefly about the history of the place, the future project and activities of the cultural centre and garden, including the equipment, and we will introduce our partners.
The conference will be accompanied by an exhibition of projects and activities of our partners and will be concluded by a performance of local bagpipe music band from the Strakonice Primary Art School “Dudácká kapela ZUŠ Strakonice”.
The conference will be attended by His Excellency, ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to the Czech Republic, Robert Kvile, representatives of the International Relations Dept. of the Czech Ministry of Finance, representatives of the Czech Ministry of Culture and representatives of local and regional governments and of our partners from the Czech Republic.
Please note there is a weak mobile signal inside the mansion but there will be internet connection and a fixed telephone line available.
We hope the current epidemiological situation will not become more serious and that we will be able to hold the event without stricter government restrictions.
